  • Use our fiber, VoIP, or network connectivity services
  • Contact us for sales inquiries, support, or incident response
  • Purchase network equipment from our webshop

Customer-hosted data

Data stored on our hosting infrastructure (websites, email, databases) is your property. We process it only to deliver the service and do not access its contents except for maintenance, security, or when legally required.

7International transfers

EU-first hosting

Our primary infrastructure is hosted in European datacenters. Where transfers outside the EEA are necessary (e.g., upstream network monitoring tools), we use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other GDPR-approved safeguards.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected:
